Our lessons are typically 30-minutes long.
How do I pay for lessons?
Payment is received by Venmo, cash, or check.

What instruments are offered?
We currently offer voice, piano, guitar, violin. Offerings may change seasonally.
What books or equipment are needed before starting?
Curriculum and equipment needs vary by instrument. Typically, we require books and instruments within the first three lessons.
Unsure where to start? You can come into your first lesson with no books or instruments at all, and we can provide recommendations to get you going!
How can I apply to teach at Ruston Music?
Send us an email! We would love to hear from you, and are always interested in expanding what instruments we offer.
Please attach a resume and demonstration of your music ability (video, letter of recommendation from a professor/music teacher, etc.)
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes - we have the following policy in place to ensure that our teachers are compensated for their effort.
Payment is due in full prior to lesson start time.
If payment is made in advance, refunds will only be provided if Ruston Music is notified 24 hours prior to the lesson start time.
Partial refunds will be offered if notified less than 24 hours in advance.
In the event of a no-show/no-communication, no refund is offered, and full payment will be required.
